Me being a south Indian vegetarian living in US, it is hard to get online support or support from any of the popular dieting options like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Slim Fast so on and so forth. I tried all these and gave up in no time as that is not the food I am used to and you cannot stick to such plans for long.
Now I am back to dieting and exercising and I have some real simple and easy ideas that really work. The key to this is not to expect drastic results and be consistent to what you do.
I am going to come up with a post on how this works and we can take it from there :)
